当キャンプ場では、主に外国人で構成されるグループに該当する方につきましても、今までは何とかご理解を頂き、制限をかけずに利用して頂けるよう努力を続けて参りましたが、「話が理解できない」「常識がそもそも異なる」などの理由で、夜中まで騒ぐ・音楽をかける・演奏する・大声で歌う等、事前にお願いしているルールをお守りいただけず、周りの利用者に多大なご迷惑をおかけするケースが本日まで多くございました。
熟慮いたしました結果、大変残念ではございますが、2021年11月より、主に外国人で構成される5名以上のグループ利用の新規予約をお断りさせて頂き、皆様に安心してご利用いただける環境づくりを優先していきます。
今後は、主に外国人で構成されるグループに該当する方につきまして、以下の条件を了承していただける方のみお受け入れいたします。
・同一住所の1家族でのご利用
・家族でない場合は4名以内でのご利用
・日本語で問題なくコミュニケーションが取れること
・当キャンプ場のルールを必ず守っていただくこと

So far, we have adjusted it so that it can be used by those who fall under the above, but they did not follow the rules, saying “I do not know what you are saying” or “The common sense is different in the first place”. And they made noise late into the night, played music and sang loudly. In many cases, we did not follow the rules explained in advance, which caused a great deal of inconvenience to the users around us.
From November 2021, we will refuse new reservations for groups of 5 or more people, mainly foreigners, and give priority to creating an environment where other users can use it with peace of mind.
From now on, we will only accept those who can accept the following conditions for those who fall under the group consisting mainly of foreigners.
・ Use by one family at the same address
・ If you are not a family member, use within 4 people
・ Communicate in Japanese without any problems
・ Be sure to follow the rules of this facility
